About Cookies

Payment Options

Credit Cards: You can shop at Palm Oil Group online store with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card transactions for our customers.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

·         128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.

·         Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.

·         Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

Checks or Money Orders: You can choose to pay by check or money order. Delivery of your products will be delayed until payment is received. At the time of checkout, from the "Choose a payment option" click  the down-arrow button and select Check/Money Order. After you complete the order on our site, we expect to receive your payment by mail. When received, we process your payment with your bank and we ship your products.

 
Bank Transfer: To pay for your order using direct bank transfer, please use the "Check/Money Order" from the payment options and in the "Additional Information" box, request to be contacted for further instructions. Bank transfers are useful if you are a wholesaler or trader and you order large quantities.
 
Shipping Information
 
Shipping rates are obtained automatically from the carriers server. While we do not have control over the shipping costs, you may compare the rates before you decide what method to use.
 
FedEx: This is our "default" method for shipping.  When you are ready for checkout and want to see an estimate of your shipping cost, entering your zip code and clicking on "Update Totals" will show you the estimated FedEx Ground charges. More options are available on the next checkout page. Before you complete an order, you can select a different FedEx method, or click below on "Select an alternate shipping carrier" where you can select UPS or USPS rates.
 
UPS: This is also a preferred method used by many customers. Tracking is available as with the FedEx option. 
 
USPS: We offer the USPS Parcel Post. Tracking is available for an additional small fee. This is also our default shipping method for international shipping. If you prefer FedEx or UPS for international, please contact us before you order.
 
Return Policy
 
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with our products and always come back to order more. However, if you wish to return a package, please do so at the time of delivery using the original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
 
Returning is also allowed if damage has occurred while in transit. Please, check the integrity of the package at the time of delivery. If damage is noted, reject the package, return it to the carrier, and notify us by email. We will re-send a new package in the shortest time possible.
